How to cook with argan oil?

Argan oil is packed with antioxidants, vitamin E and fatty acids, making it an incredibly healthy, naturally vegan and gluten free ingredient to add to your daily meals.

It is best used at room temperature as dressings or dips, or for low-medium heat cooking like pan frying vegetables or meats with spices. If used for cooking with heat, it is best to add the oil towards the end of the cooking to add flavour and depth. It is incredibly versatile, adding a delicious nutty richness to any dish, sweet or savoury.

The possibilities of its use are endless, here are some of our favourite ways to eat it:

  • As a salad dressing
  • As a dip with bread
  • As a breakfast condiment (mixed with honey and nut butter)
  • As a marinade for grilled fish or meats
  • As a marinade for roasted veggies
  • Cooked within baked goods, such as cookies, brownies and cakes
